Privacy Policy

Katoomba B.V. operates Beacon IPTV. This policy explains what we store and why.

What we store

• Account: email address and a password hash.
• Devices: a device identifier and model, to link TVs to your account.
• Synced settings: your playlists (credentials encrypted at rest), favourites, resume positions and preferences, so they follow you to every linked TV.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store a customer reference and subscription status, never card details.
• Diagnostics: playback statistics (codec, stalls, buffer settings) to improve reliability. They contain no account credentials and stream addresses are masked.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and we do not track what you watch beyond the resume positions you can see and clear yourself.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account from the portal or by email to support@beaconiptv.com and all data is removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at support@beaconiptv.com.
